The cancellation deadline is calculated relative to the date and time of your first transfer.

Between 14 days and more than 72 hours before the first transfer
20% fee applies
20% of the total booking amount, not of the deposit
80% refunded
Within 72 hours of the first transfer
Non-refundable
For a booking that includes several transfers, in particular a round trip, the date and time of the first transfer always serves as the reference for calculating the cancellation deadline.
Refunds provided for under the Terms & Conditions are issued within a maximum of 30 days.
Exceptional circumstances
In the event of duly justified exceptional circumstances, 123 MOVE may also, on a commercial and case-by-case basis, offer a rescheduling, a credit note, or a full or partial refund.
Important: this cancellation policy is a commercial arrangement offered by 123 MOVE. It is distinct from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which does not apply to passenger transport services under the conditions set out in the Terms & Conditions.
