123Move was born from a simple observation: booking platforms take a large share of the price the client pays, without the driver seeing any of it. We chose a different path.
Our model
When you book through a major platform, a large share of the price, often between 25% and 45%, does not go to the driver taking you. It funds the platform itself: its technology, its marketing, its shareholders.
At 123Move, we chose to pass on a fair share of the price to our partner drivers, well beyond what the big platforms offer.
This choice has a cost for us: less margin, slower growth. But it also has a direct effect on the quality of service you receive. A better-paid driver is a driver who stays, who cares, who wants to give you a good welcome.
The price we quote is fixed, confirmed before your trip. No surprises on arrival, for you or for your driver.
Our partner drivers
We don't work with just any available driver. Each partner driver is chosen for their professionalism, the quality of their vehicle and their sense of service. Sedan, eco van or premium van, the standard stays the same.
They know the routes they drive: airports, train stations, mountain roads in winter. This isn't a random driver, it's a professional committed to your trip.
